Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for website purchases from Bori Nice, LLC. All transactions are protected through Escrow.com.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Full Refunds (Before Work Begins)

You may request a full refund if:

  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment AND before we start any work
  • We are unable to begin work due to unforeseen circumstances
  • You have not yet provided any content or information for your website

1.2 Partial Refunds (During Development)

Partial refunds may be considered if:

  • You decide to cancel after work has begun but before completion
  • We determine the project cannot be completed as specified
  • Refund amount based on work completed versus total project value

1.3 No Refunds (After Completion)

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Website has been delivered and approved by you
  • 14-day Escrow inspection period has ended
  • You change your mind after seeing the completed work
  • You fail to provide necessary content within reasonable timeframe

2. Escrow.com Protection Process

All purchases include 14-day inspection period through Escrow.com:

  • Days 1-14: Review delivered website and request changes
  • Day 15: Funds automatically released to us if no dispute
  • Dispute Period: File dispute through Escrow.com before Day 15

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Domain name purchases (we don't provide domains)
  • Hosting fees (we don't provide hosting)
  • Third-party plugin or theme purchases
  • Services already rendered and delivered
  • Change of mind after approving design or content

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Before Work Begins:

  1. Email us at johirimat@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment
  2. State your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. We will initiate refund through Escrow.com

4.2 During Development:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss project status
  2. We will assess work completed and calculate partial refund
  3. If agreed, we process partial refund through Escrow.com

4.3 Through Escrow.com Dispute:

  1. Log into your Escrow.com account
  2. Navigate to your transaction
  3. Click "File a Dispute" before inspection period ends
  4. Escrow.com will mediate between both parties

5. Processing Time

  • Refund Approval: 1-3 business days
  • Funds Return: 5-10 business days (depends on payment method)
  • Escrow Disputes: 7-14 business days for resolution

6. Quality Assurance

To ensure you're satisfied with your purchase:

  • Preview websites before purchase using "Preview" button
  • Review our portfolio and client testimonials
  • Ask questions before purchasing
  • Provide clear content and feedback during development
