These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bori Nice, LLC's website and services. By purchasing a website from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Bori Nice, LLC provides ready-made website templates and custom website development services. We sell website designs that we install on WordPress and customize with your content.
2. Purchase Process
2.1 Pricing
- Ready-Made Websites: $150 per website (Valentine Special pricing)
- Custom Websites: Starting at $499+ (quoted individually)
- Additional Services: Hosting setup ($50), extra customization (quoted)
2.2 Payment
All payments are processed through Escrow.com. We do not handle payment information directly. The buyer pays Escrow.com, we deliver the service, then Escrow releases funds to us upon buyer approval.
2.3 Delivery Timeline
- Ready-made websites: 1-2 weeks after payment confirmation
- Custom websites: Timeline agreed upon in quote
- Delays may occur due to client responsiveness or complexity
3. What's Included
3.1 $150 Package Includes:
- Ready-made website template
- WordPress installation
- Basic customization (your text, logo, colors)
- Website files delivery
- Basic setup instructions
3.2 Not Included:
- Hosting services (you provide your own)
- Domain name registration
- Premium plugins/themes (unless specified)
- Ongoing maintenance/support after delivery
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and content
- Respond to requests for information within 48 hours
- Purchase your own hosting and domain name
- Test and approve delivered work within inspection period
- Backup your website regularly
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 What You Own:
- Your business name, logo, and content
- The customized website design (once paid in full)
- Rights to use the website for your business
5.2 What We Retain:
- Right to reuse template designs for other clients
- Portfolio rights to showcase your website
- Original template code and design concepts
6. Limitations of Liability
Bori Nice, LLC is not liable for:
- Downtime or issues with your hosting provider
- Loss of data (clients are responsible for backups)
- Third-party plugin or theme compatibility issues
- Business losses resulting from website performance
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid for services
7. Termination
We may terminate services if:
- Client fails to make payment
- Client provides false information
- Client becomes abusive or unreasonable
- Force majeure events prevent service delivery
8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are handled through Escrow.com's dispute resolution process. If Escrow cannot resolve, disputes will be settled in Florida courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
